I broke my ribs and shoulder blade and needed help quick. Zip was great from the estimate with Tony and the crew was amazing. They were on time, professional, communicative and all around awesome to work with. I can’t thank Robin, Ronald, Alfredo, Josue, and Edgar enough for the help.

I had an amazing experience using Zip Moving and Storage! Our movers were Robin H. and Edgar, so if you are able to ask for specific people, these are your guys! They could not have been more professional and hard working. To say they came prepared would be an understatement. I will absolutely be using this company again

Alejandro and Hector were excellent. They were professionals who can work very efficiently together to pack and move your belongings. They know how to handle large furnitures to small gadgets such as TV, printers, kitchen appliances etc. They handled things that are easy to break with such great care. Alejandro and Hector are great communicators as well and their humor is a bonus :) They clearly knew what they were doing and me and my wife would highly recommend them.

Robin Hernandez and Edgar Wilfredo did an amazing job of moving us into a 4 story townhouse. They packed our home so efficiently that unpacking was a breeze. Even our most delicate items arrived without a scratch. Every piece of furniture was placed in the correct space. Even some very heavy items on the top floor. If you are moving I highly recommend Zip Moving, especially Robin and Edgar. They are reasonably priced and worth every penny.

I used Zip Moving and Storage for a move from Catlett, VA to Baltimore, MD. They were absolutely great. I needed to move several items of furniture in a very short time and did not have an entire day to work within. The administrator, Nikki, and the dispatcher were understanding and flexible while working within my tight timeframe. I never felt lost or forgotten because they kept in constant touch. The moving techs, Robin Hernandez and Edgar, were outstanding. They arrived on time, were respectful, worked quickly and efficiently, and made every effort to insure the safety of each item packed in the jumble of a storage unit. (Shown are photos of some of the items as they were in storage.) Robin and Edgar successfully relocated everything - even though they had to work within the confines of a narrow alley to access the delivery site.

I have used Zip Moving and Storage several times, ranging from local moves to cross country. The staff has always been nothing but friendly and helpful, and I have had great experiences all around. From my prior experience with moving companies they are also consistently reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Zip. They arrived on time, wrapped all of my furniture carefully, drove it to my new residence and quickly unpacked everything, taking the materials with them. The final bill was less than the quote! I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you, gentlemen! I'll let you know when move again. Sam responded immediately and provided me with the quote the same day. The price was fair. Thanks, Sam.

I called Zip Moving and Storage on a Friday afternoon for a Monday morning move for one of my clients. They were immediately able to get us on their schedule. I literally got an email with a confirmation before I hung up the phone and was able to pay the deposit and the balance online. The movers were great, got there when they said they were going to get there, and were very efficient and careful with the items. I will definitely be using them again for future clients!

We had Zip do two moves for us and they’re scheduled for two more! The team of Armando and crew were fantastic and handled our things with care. The crew worked nonstop from literally morning until nighttime. Communication was timely and at every point the customer service has been great. I think as with any move, it’s important to communicate your needs and ask questions. Zip had to put together four complicated moves for us- two locally and two out of town. The two local ones have been terrific!
